Job summary

Freightliner, a UK intermodal logistics provider, is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst to join the HRIS Team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or London. You will support SAP SuccessFactors and Workday data, reporting, and system improvements.

No prior HRIS experience is required as full training will be provided; the ideal candidate has strong data skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning within a collaborative HR environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent data analysis and data handling skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and IT systems.
• Clear communication and good teamwork.
• HRIS or HR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems.
• Support data entry and ensure high standards of data accuracy.
• Assist in producing HR reports, metrics, and analysis.
• Support system changes, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and stakeholders.
• Assist with system audits and data validation exercises.
