Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst in Birmingham. You will support day-to-day HRIS operations, focusing on employee data, reporting, and system support across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

You'll contribute to data validation, cleansing, and documentation while learning SAP SuccessFactors in a large organisation. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office under a fixed-term contract lasting 12-18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience handling data in admin, HR or analytical contexts.
• Excellent Excel and data handling ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with IT systems and learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Carry out data entry, validation, cleansing and checks.
• Support standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and data analysis.
• Assist with system updates, testing and enhancements.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors updates between UK and international HRIS teams.
• Develop into a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors.
