Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst in Birmingham to join our HRIS team on a full-time fixed-term basis. The role focuses on maintaining employee data across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, supporting reporting and system updates, and enabling data-driven HR processes.

You will gain exposure to HR data, reporting, and system projects, with a path toward SME knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors. The role requires a three-day-per-week office presence and occasional UK travel.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data in admin/HR or analytical contexts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data.
• Confident with IT systems and quick learner of new tech.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across Workday and SAP Success Factors.
• Perform data entry, validation, cleansing to ensure data integrity.
• Produce standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and analysis.
• Support HRIS system updates, testing and implementation of enhancements.
• Assist with data transition within SAP Success Factors and ongoing management.
