Job summary

Freightliner, a UK intermodal logistics provider, is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst to join the HRIS Team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or London. You will support SAP SuccessFactors and Workday data, reporting, and system improvements.

No prior HRIS experience is required as full training will be provided; the ideal candidate has strong data skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning within a collaborative HR environment.

Job Advert: Junior HRIS Analyst (HRIS Team)

Location: Birmingham or London (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in an office location)
Travel: Occasional travel required within the UK

Freightliner is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HRIS Analyst to join our currently two person HRIS team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who enjoys working with data, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable using IT systems.

About the Role

As part of the HRIS team, you will support the management and maintenance of our HR systems, working across two leading HCM platforms: SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting requirements, and helping deliver reliable HR information to the business.

No prior HRIS experience is required - full training will be provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, your ability to analyse and interpret data, and your willingness to learn.
