Job summary

Catering is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst in Birmingham with hybrid working (3 days in the office). The role focuses on HR data, reporting and system support across SAP SuccessFactors and Workday, offering hands-on experience within a large organisation.

You’ll build knowledge in HRIS, maintain data accuracy, support reports and dashboards, and contribute to system updates and documentation. Salary up to £33,000 with fixed-term, 12-18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data in an administrative, HR or analytical environment.
• Experience using Excel or similar tools for handling data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate employee data across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
• Carrying out data entry, validation, checking and cleansing
• Supporting standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and data analysis
• Assisting with system updates, testing and enhancements
• Supporting SAP SuccessFactors updates between UK team and the international HRIS team
• Developing into a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors
• Helping resolve HR system and data queries
• Supporting audits and data quality checks
• Contributing to improvements in HRIS processes and reporting
• Helping create system documentation, training materials and user guides
• Providing administrative and analytical support across HR/HRIS projects
