Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with leaders to serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic input and support on projects.
• Developing, building, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner in developing clear workforce plans and ensuring effective organization design.
• Collaborating with Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with functional requirements and operational priorities.
• Supporting ER casework, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
• Working closely with hiring managers and leaders to enhance people management skills.
• Fostering a collaborative, accountable, and innovative workplace culture.
