We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join a growing team within a leading brand in the automotive, engineering, and tech sector. Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic input and support on projects.
  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in developing clear workforce plans and effective organization design.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with functional requirements and operational priorities.
  • Support ER casework, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to enhance people management skills.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative workplace culture.
