Job Description:

Micheldever Tyres is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role reports to the HR Business Partner for Logistics, supporting the delivery of the People Plan, managing ER cases, providing HR advice, and supporting strategic HR activities. The position requires a full UK driving license.

Location: Remote work with travel across 12 UK sites and occasional visits to the head office near Winchester. Candidates must reside in Central UK.

Requirements: Previous experience as HR Advisor or Generalist in a multi-site environment, full UK driving license.

Salary and Benefits: Up to £40K DOE, bonus, car allowance (£485/month), plus benefits including insurance, pension, vouchers, staff discounts, health vouchers, holiday options, and more.
