Qualifications

• Relevant GIS/geomatics background or practical experience in geospatial tech.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document steps taken.
• Comfort with writing user guides and keeping clear records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email with timely resolutions.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and perform troubleshooting tests.
• Maintain records in HappyFox and update CRM (Pipedrive).
• Collaborate with other teams and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge base content.
