This position involves a mix of technical delivery and consultancy roles, focusing on designing and delivering GIS solutions for various clients. Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in the GIS industry.
  • Strong experience delivering GIS projects in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
  • Advanced expertise in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
  • Development experience using Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python) and Arcade.
  • Experience with GIS system integration and enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of data management, quality control, and spatial data infrastructures.
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g. FME or ArcGIS Data Interoperability).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think logically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery trade-offs.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Experience in Utilities, AEC, or Environmental sectors.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS Experience Builder (Dev Edition).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).
  • Knowledge of CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360).

The Role

We are seeking a Senior GIS Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role combining technical delivery, consultancy, and solution design.

You will work closely with our Product and Services teams to design, develop, and deliver GIS solutions for a range of clients. You will also act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise the value of geospatial technologies.

This role is suited to an experienced GIS professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with clients, and contributing to high‑quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
