The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and ensure excellent service.

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
• has an understanding of managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
