The role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and foster a supportive team culture.

• Are passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Are ready to manage shifts, plan staffing, and enjoy working with and coaching your team
• Have an understanding of labor management and are eager to learn about financial performance
