The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Understands managing labor and rotas, and is eager to learn about restaurant financials
