The role

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
• has an understanding of managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• recognizes great performance and celebrates it with the team
