The Role |

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring appropriate staffing and team coaching
• Has experience managing labor, rotas, and understands financial performance
