About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and motivate your team to maintain high standards
• Manage shifts, plan staffing to ensure adequate coverage, and coach team members on the go
• Understand labor management, rotas, and learn about the financial performance of the restaurant
• Recognize and celebrate excellent performance during shifts
