About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to excel and maintain high standards
• Run shifts effectively, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Manage labour, rotas, and learn about financial performance
