About the Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You'll support in coaching and developing your team, owning shifts to drive performance, and ensuring high standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and motivating your team to excel and uphold standards
• Managing shift planning and coverage
• Understanding labor management and restaurant financials
• Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
