We’re on the lookout for a Junior Front-End Developer to join our growing digital team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their development career who’s excited to learn, build their skills and work on real projects alongside experienced designers and developers. You’ll support the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences and help turn creative ideas into clean, responsive code.

What you’ll be doing

Front-end development

• Supporting the build and maintenance of responsive web pages and UI components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Translating designs from Figma and Adobe XD into accurate, accessible web experiences
• Assisting senior developers with new features, templates and components
• Following coding standards and helping maintain consistency across projects
• Fixing small bugs, UI issues and performance tweaks
• Testing your own work to ensure quality, accessibility and usability

Learning & development

• Growing your knowledge of front-end tools, frameworks and best practices
• Learning through code reviews, feedback and pair programming
• Keeping up with front-end trends and sharing ideas with the team
• Building confidence using Git, deployment workflows and collaborative processes

Skills we’re looking for

• A solid foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Ability to build simple, responsive layouts from design files
• Basic experience with Git and version control
• Strong attention to detail and a clean coding mindset
