In this role, you will play a vital part in the deployment, testing, and on-site support of our advanced robotic systems. While a strong foundation in software is essential, the primary focus will be on evaluating robot performance in real-world scenarios, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system integration and operation. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically inclined problem-solver who enjoys bridging the gap between cutting-edge development and practical application in the robotics field.

Responsibilities
  • Robot Deployment & Field Support
Deploy, configure, and maintain humanoid robots in both test environments and live field locations.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging
Identify and resolve software, hardware, and communication issues through hands-on diagnosis, log analysis, and software patching.
  • Performance Monitoring & Data Collection
Utilize diagnostic tools to monitor robot behavior, collect operational data, and provide actionable insights to the development team.
  • Scripting & Tooling Support
Write and maintain Python scripts and lightweight tools to streamline robot configuration, testing, and diagnostics.
  • Field Feedback & Reporting
Deliver clear, structured feedback and documentation based on field observations to help enhance product design and reliability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with software engineers, hardware teams, and robotics experts to validate functionality and system integration.
  • Training & Internal Support (Optional)
Provide basic operational training and troubleshooting guidance to internal users or customers, if needed.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin for collaboration with Chinese development teams.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – no prior work experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems and command-line utilities.
  • Working knowledge of Python scripting; exposure to C++ is a plus, particularly for debugging purposes.
  • Working knowledge of computer networking and hardware-software interaction.
  • Familiar with version control systems such as Git or GitHub.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to diagnose complex issues with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication and task management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to deployment sites (local or regional, as applicable).
