A healthcare organization in the UK is looking for a Junior Digital Test Engineer to improve the quality and functionality of digital systems. The role includes manual and automated testing, writing test scripts using tools like Selenium, and working closely with developers and analysts. The Junior Digital Test Engineer plays an essential role within the Trust'sDigital Data & Technology (DDaT) team, ensuring the quality, reliability, andfunctionality of the Trust's digital systems and applications.
The postholder will contribute to the Trust's digital strategy by conducting both manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and ensuring software meets the highest standards of performance and usability.
Working alongside developers, business analysts, and the senior testing team, the Junior Tester will help ensure robust digital solutions that enhance patient care.
This role involves both functional and non-functional testing activities, with a focus on continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
The postholder will use industry-standard testing tools such as Seleniumand Protractor, among others, to deliver effective testing solutions withinthe Trust.
