• Drive improvements to deliver new and updated services.
• Drive automation throughout the core infrastructure estate.
• Monitor servers, networks, backups, and devices for performance.
• Deploy and configure servers and enterprise software.
• Implement and maintain security controls to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations.
