Job summary

Prestige Corporate Events in Croydon is seeking a Junior Client Success Executive to own the post-sale client experience. You will manage payments, confirm event logistics with clients before each event, and follow up afterward to gather reviews that fuel growth.

Based at our Croydon HQ, you will be the link between contract and event, ensuring clients feel looked after from start to finish while maintaining an organized CRM and strong relationships with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, credit control or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments from clients: track balances and chase to settle before events.
• Call clients pre-event to confirm logistics and ensure readiness.
• Follow up after events to collect reviews and referrals.
• Keep CRM up to date so the team knows client status.
• Flag risks early and coordinate with sales to resolve them.
