Chefs for Chefs Ltd. is recruiting a passionate commis chef for a 1 AA Rosette kitchen at a beautiful North Yorkshire country house hotel. The team works 5 days over 7 with a minimum 45-hour week and a service charge of around £2,000 per annum.

Live-in accommodation is available for the right candidate; you will work closely with a multi-award-winning group and contribute to consistently high-quality dishes in a premium setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working to a 1 AA Rosette level is preferred but not essential.
• Ideally have held commis chef level position.
• Fluent and precise communication is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for fine detail in food preparation and presentation.

Aufgaben

• Work alongside the team to deliver consistent, great quality dishes.
• Liaise with the senior team to develop the food business as a whole.
• Uphold legislation relating to environmental health requirements.
• Participate in daily food preparation and service.
• Ensure kitchen fridges are hygienic and stock rotation is observed.
