Job summary

Corsair is seeking a proactive Sales Operations / Customer Support professional in the UK to provide first-line service for B2B customers, handling pre and post sales issues with accuracy. You will manage orders via EDI, keep CRM data current, and generate weekly management reports.

You will collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, prioritizing detail, organization, and responsive communication to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Operations or Customer Support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Organized with ability to multitask and close inquiries across accounts.
• Experience with CRM data management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for B2B customers with operational queries; provide pre and post sales service.
• Process multiple orders with EDI ordering system.
• Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries meet delivery expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Provide weekly reports to management and sales team.
• Establish and maintain effective cross-department relationships.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to uphold Corsair values.
