You will start by supporting customer inquiries and administration, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows. Ideal candidates have around 1–2 years in customer service or admin roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, sales administration, retail or a similar environment.
• Experience in ITAD or refurbished technology would be useful but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer communications from order to delivery and ensure a professional, positive experience.
• Support ITAD operations and logistics processes, liaising with clients and arranging collections.
• Assist sales and reseller activities, answering product queries and maintaining customer/prospect records.
• Contribute to business development and system improvements, including documentation and ERP enhancements.
