Corsair is seeking a proactive Sales Operations / Customer Support professional in the UK to provide first-line service for B2B customers, handling pre and post sales issues with accuracy. You will manage orders via EDI, keep CRM data current, and generate weekly management reports.

You will collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, prioritizing detail, organization, and responsive communication to all stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years in Sales Operations or Customer Support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Organized with ability to multitask and close inquiries across accounts.
• Experience with CRM data management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Act first point of contact for our B2B customers with any operational queries or problems and ensure that customers receive quality pre and post sales service. Ensure sales managers and customer are kept abreast of all issues.
• Process multiple orders with key eye for detail using EDI ordering system.
• Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries are executed based on delivery expectations following the company guidelines and meeting customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM database.
• Provide weekly reports to management and sales team.
• Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be enthusiastic and dependable
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Post Account Management
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office andStrong knowledge of Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) is a positive.
