Corsair is seeking a capable Sales Operations / Customer Support professional in the UK to manage first-line support for B2B customers and ensure accurate order processing and CRM maintenance. The role stresses collaboration with sales, logistics and management teams.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple orders, provide detailed weekly reporting, and uphold Corsair’s service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in Sales Operations or Customer Support.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables & formulas).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and multitasking across accounts.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements.
• Experience with CRM and order processing.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers with operational queries or problems and ensure quality pre- and post-sales service.

• Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries meet delivery expectations and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
• Provide weekly reports to management and sales team.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Act first point of contact for our B2B customers with any operational queries or problems and ensure that customers receive quality pre and post sales service. Ensure sales managers and customer are kept abreast of all issues.
• Process multiple orders with key eye for detail using EDI ordering system.
• Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries are executed based on delivery expectations following the company guidelines and meeting customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM database.
• Provide weekly reports to management and sales team.
• Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be enthusiastic and dependable
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Post Account Management
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Strong knowledge of Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) is a positive.
• Well organized with ability to multitask and close inquiries fast and efficiently across multiple accounts
