Corsair Gaming, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to be the first point of contact for B2B customers and manage operational queries across pre and post-sales interactions.

You will process orders, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly reports while coordinating with multiple departments to meet delivery expectations. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Post Account Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas).
• Well organized with ability to multitask and close inquiries fast and efficiently across multiple accounts.

• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail and accurate order processing

• Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.

• Act first point of contact for our B2B customers with any operational queries or problems and ensure that customers receive quality pre and post sales service. Ensure sales managers and customer are kept abreast of all issues.
• Process multiple orders with key eye for detail using EDI ordering system.
• Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries are executed based on delivery expectations following the company guidelines and meeting customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM database.
• Provide weekly reports to management and sales team.
• Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be enthusiastic and dependable
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Post Account Management
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office andStrong knowledge of Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) is a positive.
