Corsair Gaming, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Operations/Customer Support professional in Wokingham, UK. You will be the first point of contact for B2B customers, handling operational queries and ensuring quality pre- and post-sales service.

You will process orders, update CRM records, and provide timely reports to management and the sales team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking across accounts while maintaining strong communication with internal

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Post Account Management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of Excel.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Act first point of contact for our B2B customers with any operational queries or problems and ensure that customers receive quality pre and post sales service. Ensure sales managers and customer are kept abreast of all issues.
• Process multiple orders with key eye for detail using EDI ordering system.
• Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries are executed based on delivery expectations following the company guidelines and meeting customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM database.
• Provide weekly reports to management and sales team.
• Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be enthusiastic and dependable
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Post Account Management
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office andStrong knowledge of Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) is a positive.
• Well organized with ability to multitask and close inquiries fast and efficiently across multiple accounts
