Job summary

Flourish in Edinburgh is seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to kickstart a career in sales. You will speak with new and existing business customers, learn how they ship goods, and start delivering friendly, proactive support.

You’ll participate in a structured 12-month training programme, gain hands-on experience in sales and negotiation, and be mentored as you onboard clients and handle pricing and billing queries.

What You'll Be Doing

Building Customer Relationships

Learning & Development

• Take part in a structured 12-month training programme
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service
• Learn through a mix of classroom training, shadowing experienced colleagues, and on-the-job coaching

Supporting Customer Accounts

• Help onboard new clients and guide them through the process
