Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Joiner Technician in Lincoln to deliver domestic and commercial joinery projects. You will manage your schedule, handle timber repairs, flooring replacements, skirtings and related tasks while maintaining safety on site.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• On-site joinery experience.
• Formal joinery qualification such as carpentry and joinery NVQ Level 2 preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out first and second fix joinery, replacing decayed joists and flooring, renewing skirting boards and other timber repairs.
• Implementing preservation works on site, including stripping and replacing timber floors, door frames, architraves and windows.
• Supporting damp proofing and removal of wall coatings including plaster, woodworm treatments and wall tie installation.
