Job summary
Rentokil Initial is seeking a Joiner Technician to join our Property Care team in the Lincoln area, covering the Midlands. This full-time role offers a stable schedule Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and a company vehicle.
You will carry out first and second fix joinery, preserve timber, carry out damp proofing, and provide excellent customer service on site while following health and safety rules. A valid UK driving licence and joinery qualifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- On-site joinery experience required.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than six points.
- Formal joinery qualification preferred (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to pass a DBS check if required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix joinery and replace decayed components.
- Perform preservation works on site including stripping and replacements.
- Assist with damp proofing, plaster removal, and timber treatments.
- Provide guidance to customers and maintain high service levels.
- Adhere to risk assessments and on-site health and safety rules.
- Ensure sites are left clean and tidy and meet branch needs.
