Job summary

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Joiner Technician to support domestic and commercial projects from our Lincoln branch in the Midlands. You will manage your own schedule, fixing timber and fibrous materials while maintaining high service levels for customers.

We offer a 40-hour week (with potential to reach 48 hours), a basic salary of £26,655 per year, and a range of benefits including a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, uniform, RI Rewards and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Demonstrable on-site joinery experience and NVQ level 2 preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to support business needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix joinery on domestic and commercial sites.
• Replace decayed joists and flooring; renew skirting boards and timber works.
• Support timber preservation and damp proofing tasks on site.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessments and safety on site.
