Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Joiner Technician to join the Birmingham branch, covering the Midlands. The role involves domestic and commercial joinery work, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

A full UK driving licence is required and there is potential for overtime and career development. Salary starts from £26,962 to £27,999 per annum, plus a benefits package including a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, mobile phone, uniform and RI Rewards.

Qualifications

• On-site joinery experience
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Flexibility with working patterns
• May require DBS check depending on role

Responsibilities

• Carrying out first and second fix joinery, replacing decayed joists and flooring
• Renewing skirting boards and other timber repairs
• On-site preservation works: floors, door frames, architraves, windows
• Woodworm treatments and timber treatments
• Adhering to risk assessments and health & safety on-site
• Maintaining clean and tidy sites
