By collaborating with local employers, you will ensure that work placements are tailored to meet each learner\'s individual career goals and capabilities, all while fostering a supportive environment that encourages ambition and growth. Acting as an integral part of our Foundation Learning team, working alongside the Careers and Work Placement Coordinators to manage and monitor the progress of students within our \'Learning Companies\' and external placements. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a work-life balance, as it is term-time only, with a combination of on-site work at the college and travel to external work placements. What we\'re looking for:
  • At least 2 years\' experience of working with learners with learning difficulties and disabilities and learner behavioural problems.
  • Confident to work with external agencies and partners and to represent the College.
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Hold a UK driving licence and willingness to use own vehicle if required
