ITSM & Integration Architect — Lead Large-Scale Transitions

Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an ITSM Integration Architect to provide technical leadership across ITSM platforms, data integrations, and large-scale service transition programs. You will validate designs, assess data readiness, and guide multi-vendor teams through complex integrations and transition gates.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, strong API and data-mapping skills, and a track record in ITSM transformation.

Qualifications

• ITSM Platform expertise with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow or BMC Remedy) and integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, data mapping and migration readiness.
• Experience reviewing designs, validating configurations and environments, and addressing non-functional requirements.
• Background in large-scale ITSM transitions or transformations; WITO or account take-on is a plus.
• Knowledge of configuration management, service relationships, data reconciliation and audit requirements.
• Ability to design secure integrations, monitor and manage operational readiness and release governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills across multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Review ITSM configurations across enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Assess integration architectures, data mapping and transformation for robustness and scalability.
• Validate data quality, migration readiness and environment readiness.
• Maintain versioned artefacts and configuration records for traceability and audit readiness.
• Ensure secure data exchange and alignment with security requirements.
• Support transition governance, quality gates and account take‑on activities.
• Provide technical assurance and guidance to delivery teams and stakeholders.
