Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end transition into a new programme within a complex ITSM environment. This is a senior, delivery-focused role requiring strong governance, customer engagement and operational leadership, onsite in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will own transition planning, execution and ensure contractual commitments, milestones and governance standards are met, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex ITSM transition programmes.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with security, government or regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end governance and leadership for transition into the new programme.
• Establish and maintain a transition governance framework with controls and decision forums.
• Develop transition schedules, manage milestones and dependencies.
• Own the transition RAID, drive risks to resolution with owners and dates.
• Lead stakeholder engagement at project, programme and leadership levels.
• Chair daily stand-ups, governance reviews and ad hoc working sessions.
• Ensure artefacts are maintained in a controlled repository as the single source of truth.
