DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead technical design, scoping, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves translating client needs into technical designs, mentoring team members, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with DXC standards and client goals.

Formación

• Sole national eligible for security clearance.
• Proven consulting or professional services background delivering ServiceNow projects.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (in at least one product suite).
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical delivery and design ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects across onshore and offshore teams.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC).
• Deliver solution demonstrations to clients and collaborate to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to DXC’s ServiceNow product roadmap and internal networks.
• Maintain ServiceNow platform knowledge and certifications.
