Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Transition Process Consultant to design and manage end-to-end IT transition processes across infrastructure, platforms, and service management in Hampshire. • Experience applying ITIL 4 in large-scale enterprise transitions.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish end-to-end transition processes, governance frameworks and workflows across infrastructure, platforms, networking, and service management.
• Manage transition lifecycle from strategy/build through OAT and handover to BAU operations.
• Define cross-tower integration workflows including hybrid infrastructure and secure networking.
• Define governance gates, risk registers and compliance checkpoints for secure-environment migrations.
• Align internal programme governance with DXC delivery methods and incumbent exit processes.
