Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects across onshore and offshore teams.

• Deliver solution demonstrations to clients and collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to DXC’s ServiceNow product roadmap, global ServiceNow community, and internal networks.
• Continuous learning and maintenance of ServiceNow platform knowledge and certifications.

Key Requirements

• Vetting: Must be a sole national eligible for security clearance.
• Experience: Proven consulting or professional services background with a track record of delivering ServiceNow projects as a Solution Architect within agile or traditional environments.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist (in at least one product suite)
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
