Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking a skilled Service Design and Introduction lead to plan resources, design ITIL‑aligned service models, and coordinate across projects, suppliers, and live operations. You will ensure changes are controlled and service catalogs stay accurate, supporting a reliable transition to service operation.

The role requires proven experience in service design, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with ServiceNow and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering service design/architecture and introduction.
• Experience in high‑pressured environments.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate or Service Design Lifecycle module preferred.
• Experience in SLA reporting, KPI dashboards and trend analysis.
• Supplier management experience.
• Experience with case management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong Excel skills and broad MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources to transition services into service operation.
• Ensure changes to live services are controlled and properly retired.
• Create service designs aligned to SL targets and non‑functional requirements.
• Document supplier roles and contractual commitments within service support.
• Coordinate across projects, suppliers, Service Operations and live services teams.
• Maintain the Service Catalogue with accurate operational information.
