Job summary

Beam is seeking an Italian-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to build a new vertical from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, negotiate with C-level executives, and co-create bespoke enterprise solutions that deliver measurable value.

This role offers autonomy to define go-to-market strategies, test approaches, and shape the future of Beam's most significant growth engine for international expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing multi-year SaaS deals with high ACV (6+ figures).
• Experience selling into complex procurement cycles, tenders, and public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts in the new vertical (6+ month cycles).
• Build and test the GTM playbook; document messaging and processes for scale.
• Navigate and influence a complex stakeholder network from C-level to procurement leaders.
• Apply MEDDPICC or similar methodology to qualify opportunities and build business cases.
• Co-create enterprise-level solutions with C-Suite, Product, and Delivery teams.
