Datatonic Academy is seeking an Account Executive (Academy Team) for an Italian-speaking role. You will be the primary contact for customers and partners, bridging expectations with flawless execution to deliver world-class training experiences from scoping to post-delivery follow-up.

The role focuses on training operations, planning, and logistics, with scope to expand into an Account Manager path. A strong customer focus and process management are essential for success in AMER and EMEA markets.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and facilitate training scoping calls with customers to understand their learning objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for in-house trainers and partner contractors, ensuring briefing and scheduling.
• Nurture long-term customer relationships with post-delivery follow-ups and feedback handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Google Cloud Account Teams to co-create tailored training proposals.
