Job summary

Arc, a UK-based IT services provider, is seeking a motivated Workshop Apprentice to join our growing team. You will learn to build, configure, test and prepare laptops, desktops, servers and other IT equipment for customer deployments.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, receiving practical training and mentoring while gaining exposure to a broad range of IT hardware, software, and deployment processes. This role offers a clear path toward IT support, engineering or infrastructure roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with build, configuration and testing of IT equipment.
