Job summary

Artek Mentorship is seeking an IT Support Apprentice in the United Kingdom. This role provides an opportunity to earn while gaining hands-on experience in IT, supporting various businesses, and achieving a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification.

You will offer IT support via multiple channels, resolve IT issues, and maintain system security. The ideal candidate should have an interest in IT, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, email, remote access, and in person.
• Log and resolve IT issues using a helpdesk system.
• Reset passwords, set up user accounts, and maintain system security.
• Install and update software (Windows, Microsoft Office, business apps).
• Build and maintain computers, printers, and office equipment.
• Support networks, Wi‑Fi, and internet connections.
• Learn cloud technologies and basic scripting.
