Job summary

Osborne Clarke, a leading international legal practice, seeks an IT Trainer to join its London IT Department. You will lead IT induction and ongoing training for UK and international joiners, support a wide range of IT applications and hardware, and help design digital training solutions to enable IT-driven change.

This permanent role is based in London with some home working, requiring strong online and in-person delivery skills and familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.

Qualifications

• Qualified IT Trainer with experience in professional services.
• Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service environments.
• Proven ability to train both in person and online.
• Collaborates across teams to deliver training aligned with IT changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT induction and follow-up training for UK and international joiners.
• Provide training on a wide range of IT applications and hardware.
• Develop and maintain digital learning materials and LMS courses.
• Support IT change projects through targeted training programs.
• Assess training needs and prepare sessions in advance.
• Work with IT Training Manager and ServiceDesk to resolve queries.
