The Role

As an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills to leverage technology effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Training Delivery – Designing and delivering engaging workshops, inductions, and webinars tailored to legal professionals.

Content Development – Creating and maintaining high-quality instructional materials, including manuals and e-learning resources

Continuous Improvement – Evaluating training effectiveness and refining programmes based on feedback.

Support & Guidance – Providing ongoing assistance to colleagues, ensuring they can confidently navigate IT systems.

Collaboration – Working closely with IT and HR teams to identify training needs and develop impactful strategies.

Technology Advocacy – Promoting a culture of learning and championing the adoption of new technologies within the firm.

Project Contribution – Participating in key technology initiatives, assisting with testing and documentation of new applications.

Your Expertise

We are looking for individuals who bring the following skills and qualifications:

IT Training Experience – Proven experience delivering IT training within the legal sector is essential.
Technical Proficiency – Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software such as ShareDo, NetDocs, and iManage.
Driving Licence – A valid UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel between offices is required.
Service Excellence – Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Learner Engagement – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
Experience in developing and delivering webinars.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to adapt training approaches to various learning styles.
