Job summary

CM Law Recruitment is working with an award-winning London law firm to appoint an IT Trainer who will become the go-to person for training across the office, shaping the function from the ground up.

You will deliver end-user training on core systems, design training materials, provide floor support and coach staff, and partner with IT, L&D and business change teams on system rollouts in London.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Trainer experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of legal tech including document and practice management systems and MS Office.
• Confident, engaging trainer able to adapt to different learning needs.
• Excellent communication and proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user IT training across core systems including document management and MS 365.
• Design and maintain training materials, guides and induction content.
• Provide floor support and one-to-one coaching to staff.
• Partner with IT, L&D and business change teams on system rollouts.
• Act as the first contact for IT training queries in the London office.
