Job summary

CM Law Recruitment is working with an award-winning London law firm to appoint an IT Trainer who will become the go-to person for training across the office, shaping the function from the ground up.

You will deliver end-user training on core systems, design training materials, provide floor support and coach staff, and partner with IT, L&D and business change teams on system rollouts in London.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Trainer experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of legal tech including document and practice management systems and MS Office.
• Confident, engaging trainer able to adapt to different learning needs.
• Excellent communication and proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Delivering end-user IT training across the firm's core systems, including document management, practice management and Microsoft 365
• Designing and maintaining training materials, guides and induction content for new joiners
• Providing floor support and one-to-one coaching to fee earners and business services staff
• Partnering with IT, L&D and business change teams on the rollout of new systems and updates
• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT training queries across the London office

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer within a law firm or wider professional services environment
• Strong working knowledge of legal technology, including document management systems, practice management systems and Microsoft Office
• A confident, engaging training style with the ability to adapt to different learning needs
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
